Layer

Layering is key for any athleisure look so we recommend always carrying a scarf in your gym bag. You never know what plans will be waiting for you as you leave your yoga class and a scarf can add a fun pop of color to any outfit!

 Shoes

Depending on where you're going for your after-workout activity, swap your tennis shoes out for flats, sandals, trendy sneakers, or even low heels. As any fashionista knows, shoes can completely change your entire look.  And yes, you can get away with wearing heels with your yoga pants.

Accessories

Be sure to carry accessories with you. It’s amazing how a stack of bracelets, layered necklaces or a pair of earrings can elevate your look. Also carry a lip-gloss that has a little tint to help give you that post-workout color.

The Leggings Rule

Printed leggings are hot right now. Be sure they take center stage, though, and pair them with a neutral or simple top (you don’t want to look too busy!).

If you’re wearing leggings, be sure to wear a loose athleisure knit or pullover on top. We recommend wearing a top with a unique and interesting back that has strategically placed cutouts. Conversely, if your leggings are loose, wear a tight-fitted top to balance out the look.
