So much goodness has landed on my desk this month that I have to share my favorites with you. While some of them haven't officially hit store shelves yet, you can get your hands on others now.
Danessa Myricks Enlight Illuminator
$20 at DanessaMyricks.com
When shooting the Coppertone campaign in LA earlier this year, my makeup artist used a combination of two Danessa Myricks powders on my cheek bones. "They look so good on camera," she told me. Of course, I ordered both and have been wearing them ever since. They're special, because they're buildable, and offer the sexiest, subtle glow. Off camera, I just use less.
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Pot Concealer
$28 at ITCosmetics.com
If you follow my work regularly, then you already know that I'm a huge fan of everything IT Cosmetics. They're launching an unbelievable amount of problem/solution oriented product this fall. This concealer has been a favorite of mine for some time, but now comes in a pot, which I like even better. It's . lightweight, doesn't settle in the unfortunate fine lines under my eyes and offers full coverage.
Essie Gel Couture
$11.50 each at Ulta
This polish is no joke. My nails are thin and I'm constantly typing on my computer so chips normally happen within two days after a mani with regular polish. This no-UV-light-needed polish lasts 8-10 days. No lie. Most salons charge an extra $5 for the color and top coat, but I recommend buying your own.
Fresh Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy Boosting Face Mask
$62 at Sephora
Always seeking to brighten my skin, this mask immediately made it into my vanity. I use it twice a week and the gentle ingredients make a noticeable difference in just 20 minutes. Typically when it comes to brightening, I'm used to using harsh ingredients like hydroquinone in my serum, but this mask gives my skin a beautiful glow and makes a difference after one use.
Sara Happ Plump & Prime
$28 at SaraHapp.com
I was first introduced to Sara Happ back in my Cosmo days and their lip scrub has always been a favorite of mine. This new plump and prime gloss does exactly what it says to prep my lips for any vampy lipstick look. I also like using it alone.
