Macadamia Professional Endless Summer Collection
When the weather is warm and sun is shining, I feel most alive and this summer has been no exception. As a long time user of the Bobbi Brown Beach collection, which smells deliciously of the sea, I found a new haircare line that evokes the same uplifting feel that only the sunshine and ocean can really provoke by Macadamia Professional. It's a must have for all hair types and people who want to be in a good mood.
Macadamia Professional sent over a mailing of their new Endless Summer collection, which includes their Sun & Surf Shampoo, Sun & Surf Conditioner, Sun Shield Dry Oil Veil and After Sun Leave-In Repair. The first thing I do when testing new products is smell them – it's an instinct. And that's where my love for the collection began, with the refreshing scent of coconut.
The sulfate free, cruelty free formulas use macadamia nut to help restore the hair by replenishing moisture that's often lost when out in the sun, chlorine and salt water. I'm typically skeptical of "moisturizing" shampoos and conditioners, because I have super fine hair and almost everything weights it down. However, these formulas are light enough that my hair just feels clean and super soft, looks shiny and smells delicious, (but not too strong).
I've been using the entire collection, but the shampoo and conditioner have been making my shower experience in my Hoboken apartment feel like I'm in an outdoor shower in the Hamptons. And as a lover of summer and all things beauty, #goals.
