Friday afternoon, I had the honor of presenting awards at the Cosmetic Executive Women Beauty Awards in the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton in NYC.  It's always such a pleasure to be part of this event as over 1,000 beauty industry pros attend and it's fun to watch some of my favorite brands get the recognition they deserve.  Here's a list of the top beauty launches of 2016.  How many have you tried?
