One of the biggest trends I've notice throughout the past few years is the merger of the beauty and wellness industries and I couldn't be happier about the shift.  It's changed not only the content I cover, but also, just like you, my personal shopping habits.  We now care, drastically, about what each ingredient is doing for us in our skincare.
