Elizabeth Arden is kicking off spring with good-for-your skin makeup that offers flawless coverage. When I heard the news about the new foundation and concealor in their line up I had to put them to the test.
The foundation, Ceramide Ultra Lift and Firm Makeup SPF15, $42 includes the ceramide plumping ingredients that are found in their Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules, which is a serum I'm currently using. It has a very creamy texture, moisturizes and has hibiscus seed extrat, which in conjuction with the ceramide ingredients helps to plump and firm. The SPF is a plus.
Since I don't wear foundation everyday, I'm really using the Ceramide Ultra Lift and Firm Concealer, $19.50. The coverage is great, but I really like it because of how moisturizing it is, which is exactly what I need for my under eye area. (Hello fine lines!) It also helps to lift and firm wrinkles, so I feel good about wearing it for the long term benefits.
