This year, in between shows at the tents I'm finding myself amongst other bloggers, editors, and industry professionals spending my time at the penthouse of the Bryant Park Hotel in a chic space known as the HauteLook Lounge.
Because of it's convenient location everyone invited is not only stopping by to check it out, but they're getting cozy, making it their home away from home during fashion week. The go-to destination is fully stocked with everything one needs to get refreshed and re-energized in order to face the madness behind the tents. From energy drinks and light snacks to makeup touch ups by Cover FX and Go Smile tooth whitening touch ups HauteLook thought of everything. Most importantly, Sony VAIO provided laptops for bloggers to use and there was complimentary Wi-Fi for those who brought their own laptops.
Lots of people were blogging and Tweeting (including me) and I ended up meeting two beauty bloggers who I speak with frequently on Twitter @KraseyBeauty and @TheBeautyChick3. (Follow them!) We all left together to go to Ports 1961 and Rosa Cha with huge gift bags in hand. And yes, I will be returning to The HauteLook Lounge almost every day this week.
