Sarah Hyland may be one of my favorite young actresses right now. And by young I mean younger than me and I'm jealous. The 22 year-old star has been unstoppable since she landed her role on Modern Family. Spring Breakers just came out and now she's in the middle of filming Bonnie & Clyde. I had the chance to sit down with the starlette over lunch yesterday to celebrate her new Heart Calgon campaign and talk what else, but beauty.
"I've always spritzed body mists and such that were my moms and grandmothers growing up, but the first perfume that was mine was Victoria's Secret Dream Angel," Hyland said. She wore it to her prom.
She looked innocently adorable as she spoke about her new partnership with Heart Calgon using her big eyes accentuated by a strip of false lashes, (which she says she's obsessed with), yet kind of sexy showing off some cleavage in a V-neck chiffon blue dress and T-strap stilettos.
Out of the four different scents in the Heart Calgon collection, her favorite is "Fresh Start," because it reminds her of the laundry. I laughed when she was answering this question because she started spitting out all of the fragrance notes saying, "...because it has apple and lilly and pomme et nenuphar...." The girl definitely did her homework.
Two other beauty staples she mentioned were Aquaphor for her lips and Neutrogena Makeup Wipes. They definitely sound like the needs of someone who's always in the makeup chair!
