Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Haven Spa on Mercer Street in Soho for a Spiced Chai Pedicure. I feel like I must have walked past this hidden gem of a spa 1,000 times before and never knew it existed! After experiencing an hour and a half of bliss, I have my publicist friend Denise to thank.
I normally get $20 pedis from my local nail salon every other week and really needed a good one to whip my feet into shape for my peep toe booties that I wanted to wear. The Spiced Chai Pedi consisted of a foot bath infused with spices and spiced chai sugar scrub. The pedicurist really took time on my cuticles, shaping my nails and buffing so my feet really look primped to perfection. I chose a bright coral shade by Zoya to top it off.
The pedi was an hour and I was served a Spiced Chai Latte. I thought it was really cool that they had iPads to play with instead of a stack of used magazines. I actually took the time to sit and let my feet dry before putting my socks and boots on too I was so relaxed! Talk about a time out!
