Chrissy Teigen & I Talk Weddings Over Processo & Cupcakes, Her Advice: Xanax

Bride-to-be and oh yea, supermodel, Chrissy Teigen is one lucky lady.  As the spokesperson for Gilette Venus, the brand threw her a bridal shower on the roof top of The Strand in NYC.  The sun was shining and as soon as I walked in Chrissy recognized me from an earlier introduction at BetterTV.  We began chatting about her upcoming nuptials and then she recognized I had a ring too.  Bonding over men and cupcakes, my beauty editor friends flooded in and Chrissy revealed her wedding day prep to us all.

When I tell you the cupcakes were worth bonding over, take a look.  They and the cake were so well done!  Chrissy's a spit fire (if you follow her on Twitter, you already know.)

"The morning of the wedding, I'm going to be honest.  I'm going to take a Xanax," she said right away.  "I have crazy anxiety and sometimes I don't even remember if I've taken the pill in the morning."

Being that she is a super model, she let us all know that her routine won't change the morning of her wedding compared to any other day, which typically includes "shooting in very little."  Listing things like exfoliating, shaving (with Gilette Venus, of course) and taking care of her skin.  "It's not going to be anything ridiculous or out of this world."

Aside from Xanax, Chrissy was asked, what are three things every bride needs for her weddings.  "Extacy?," she joked.  "Under eye pads, moisturizer and the Gillette Venus & Olay Exfoliating Razor in Sugarberry."  Yes, she's doing the garter toss so smooth legs are a must.

Like any man I always pick up the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine to check out the models, but like any woman, I use the photos as inspiration to get beach ready.  Those ladies are beyond gorgeous and I respect them because unlike models you see in fashion publications, they have real curves (of course, in all the right places).  I got the 411 on Sports Illustrated Model, Chrissy Teigen's summer essentials. "I used to steal my fiance's razor, but now I would never," she comments.  "I use the Gilette Venus & Olay Razor, because it keeps my legs really smooth."

After shaving, to get her body beach ready, she swears by cocoa butter and cocoa butter oil.  Loaded with antioxidants, cocoa butter is one of the best moisturizers, because it penetrates through the top layer of the skin.  Added benefits include helping to reduce scars and stretch marks.  No wonder Teigen's skin looks so soft!

To keep her lips as smooth as her bod, she swears by lip conditioner.  "My lips always eat up it up in the summertime," Teigen explains.  "If I don't have any on hand, I use eye cream because it's usually concentrated and good for sensitive areas."
