How to Sculpt Your Arms & Go Sleeveless

If there's one thing I learned from working with stylists it's not to compare yourself to others and show off your best asset.  Most of us spend too much time worrying about our flaws and not enough time playing up our favorite features.  Whenever I have a TV segment or a shoot, nine times out of ten I wear something sleeveless, because I like to show off my arms.  Why? Because I work hard on keeping them sculpted and they're much more toned than my legs.  Truth.  Ready to go sleeveless?  Here's my how to... According to a Dove Deodorant Survey, 61% of women feel sexy and feminine when rocking something sleeveless.  I have to think that the rest have great legs.  Want to feel sexy rocking something sleeveless?  It comes down to two things:  smooth underarms and toned muscles. The first one's easy.  I recommend using a deodorant with moisturizers to soothe shaving irritation like Dove Go Sleeveless Soothing Chamomile Deodorant.  It keeps you dry and makes your underarms more attractive (if that is even possible) in five days by making them smoother.

Next, you need to be dedicated to sculpting your arms.  Do you think Michelle Obama's are naturally toned?  Work them out three to four times a week and plain old bicep curls don't count as they're only part of the equation.  In order to really sculpt and define every muscle you need to do a series of arm exercises to targets each of them.

Here's a video to a 20 minute arm workout video that should help whip yours into shape so you too can go sleeveless with confidence.
