Spotted on Instagram: Charlotte Tilbury dishing on working with Penelope Cruz, who was recently named Lancome's newest Spokeswoman for their latest fragrance, Trésor Lumineuse. Tilbury's been on a mission of her own lately, introducing a cosmetic line, which she used to create Penelope's recent look, otherwise known as "Dolce Vita."
Described as having "come to bed eyes," created with smoldering copper & bronze shades, complimented by a pink seductive lip (actually called Penelope Pink), the look was inspired by Penelope. Seeing it come to life on Penelope, of course, took it to another level.
