So when Mandy Moore strolled down the Oscar red carpet in her Monique Lluillier gown I didn’t even recognize her! I always thought she was pretty, but she looked stunningly glamourous (if that’s even a phrase).
The starlette definitely kicked it up a few notches with her big diamond earrings, coral lips and elegant style.
